In Hirtshals, you can visit the sunfish or watch seals being fed at the North Sea Oceanium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium. Hikers will find some great trails near Grenen, where you will pass the Gray Lighthouse and the Tilsandede Kirke (the silted-up church). From Langagergaard you can also explore the area on horseback, but if you are more into cycling, the routes along the Limfjord are recommended.
