On this small park you will not find a swimming pool, but with the beautiful sea on your doorstep you will have the most beautiful swimming opportunity you could wish for. The beaches near Porto Palermo have not yet been overrun by tourists and beach bar owners, so if you are looking for a quieter beach, this is the place to be. Also visit the beaches of Himarë these are also known as quieter and at least as beautiful as those of the famous and busier Sarandë and Ksamil. 

The Castle of Porto Palermo is a historically important monument located between the villages of Himarё and Qeparo. It is a unique structure that was probably built by Ali Pashe Tepelena in the 19th century BC. While visiting the castle, you can also visit Himarё Castle, enjoy the nearby beaches or visit the beautiful village of Dhёrmi. Some of the things that make Porto Palermo Castle a must visit are its amazing views, rich history and great location. Nearby Himarё has two different bays, one of which is more popular with a promenade and restaurant, and the other is more on the quiet side, with a large beach perfect for some relaxing moments.
