Camping Via Romana

Spend a relaxing day at the campsite by the swimming pools. On hot days, this provides a welcome coolness. Choose a lounger in the sun or relax under the shade of the parasols. The little ones have fun in the paddling pool with slide, while you can swim laps in the larger pool. The vast sandy beaches Plage de Serra di Fium'orbu and Plage de Calzarellu are about 4 kilometers from the campsite. 

Camping Via Romana is a quiet campsite in Corsica with simple facilities. Get a bite to eat or an ice cream at the snack bar. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue at the communal BBQ. Young children enjoy playing in the shaded playground with seesaws, and a climbing frame with slides and swings. For older children, there is a table tennis table, where youngsters can easily make new friends. 

Located in Ghisonaccia, Via Romana is the perfect base for exploring Corsica. Be sure to take a brisk walk during your camping vacation. With no less than 1500 kilometers of hiking trails through the Corsica Regional Nature Park, you have the choice of countless exceptional routes for every level of ability. Porto Vecchio is an attractive, small port city with numerous characteristic squares, cozy restaurants, and bars.
