Camping L'Europe

Young and old enjoy the pool complex at this campsite in Vic-la-Gardiole, complete with a large swimming pool, children's pool with water slide, and paddling pool. Everything is beautifully designed and the sun terrace around it is inviting. For more water activities, there is the beach with the Mediterranean Sea, a few kilometres from the campsite. In high season the shuttle bus takes you there for free.

Everything has been thought of for an active camping holiday. A Topi, mini, and children's club offer endless entertainment, as do the multi-sports ground and games hall. A trampoline, climbing forest and skate park are also nearby. While the children run wild, do your shopping in the campsite's supermarket. Sample local delicacies in the (snack) bar and restaurants. In the morning you can get a fresh breakfast from the sandwich service. Throughout the day there are all kinds of entertainment and sports and games tournaments, and shows are organised in the evening. Anyone who is bored here has yet to be born.

Hire bikes from reception and explore the beautiful Languedoc: the forests of Massif de la Gardiole, Cévennes national park, and picturesque harbour towns. Luna Park Palavas is a treat for children, as is the adventure and climbing park Les Roches de Maguelone. Castles, ruins, other unusual architecture, and numerous shops can also be found in and around Montpellier (20 kilometres away). In that lively city, the Zoological Park and Planet Ocean World also beckon.
