Great campsite but we won't be back

Rented a caravan for 2 weeks in September. Caravan Colorado looked beautiful and the location was also great. Unfortunately, the path to the lake is not feasible. We are in our 40s, but we still took the car when we went swimming. There is a beautiful beach at Les Salles. The first weekend, 6 caravans around us were rented by a family. At 2 o'clock in the morning they were still sitting above our caravan in the hot tub, playing music and talking loudly. It's ridiculous that there is no security around to do something about this. When they went back into the hot tub at half past one on the second day, we called someone from the campsite who luckily did something about it. The 2nd weekend there was another noisy family in a caravan playing loud music. Fortunately, something was said about that. The campsite is fine, so is the staff, but we will not be back.
