Overall a great resort and hard to beat!

The bar system wasn't as good as previous year, long wait time and staff chatting rather than serving.
Lots of people went on bike rides around the lake, some signage would be useful to warn of the difficult terrain would be useful.

Excellent holiday for all the family
Entertainment and sports facilities both excellent
Large campsite with adult and child friendly areas
Accommodation was very new and clean, had everything we needed
Bbq a little old but was functional
No oven or toaster in the cabin but we just bought one which was fine
More slides in kids pool would be great but was still good
We are a family of five with three boys aged 15, 13 and 11 and this was our first time at pin parasol having stayed at another site for a number of years due to to us having had such a good experience there. We were therefore a little nervous about staying somewhere new but I am delighted to say we loved our 12 night stay in Pin Parasol and are keen to book again. We stayed in a new premium cabin in the Sensations part of the camp and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. We hired bikes for the boys for a week and for ourselves for a day which was a great way to get about the site and beyond and gave the boys the independence to explore the site. We regularly played table tennis and having experienced other sites the quality of the tables were excellent and our boys enjoyed the tournament too. We also made use of the games toom most evenings where again everything was in good condition and worked well which isn't always the case. In terms of eating, we typically used the takeaway service or bbq'd at the cabin and we found the takeaway very efficient although a little more variety would be good. My husband and I also made use of the spa area in the other part of the campsite which was a lovely treat. The campsite was close to both of the O'Gliss parks, one water park and one fun park both of which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. We also visited the nearby zoo and safari park, Planete Sauvage which was a very good experience. All in all we had a great time at Pin Parasol and look forward to another visit. 😀
