Camping Nabburg

The campground itself does not have a pool, but you just have to pass through the entrance gate at the edge of the campground and you are in the Freibad Perschen. Here you will find an outdoor competition pool, a pool with diving boards and a playful pool with a super-long slide. Single tickets can be bought, they cost approx €2.50 per time for children aged 6-18, but you can also buy a family card or 10-bath card. Lay down your towel on the green lawns, in the sun or the shade of the beautiful trees, or grab a lounger along the poolside. Relax! 

The Naab River is just 300 meters away, as is the Oberpfalz Open Air Museum. Leisure activities such as canoeën, mountain bike hire and a tennis and volleyball court are in the immediate vicinity, in addition to the swimming pool. The "La Piscina" restaurant is located right next to the campsite and serves excellent Italian cuisine.

The medieval town of Nabburg gives you a glimpse into times long gone. The historic city centre and the almost completely intact city wall with the Mähntor and Obertor gates are monuments of the city's medieval significance. Other attractions in Nabburg include the Dechant Tower, the old town hall, the Bürgerspital, the parish church, the Powder Tower, the castle courtyard, the Schmidthuis and the Zehenstadel. 

The tourist office is located in the historic old town right by the Obertor gate. You will find a large number of brochures about the entire Upper Palatinate Forest, excursion destinations and towns, and information about biking, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, water sports and winter sports.
